So this time I remembered both lids, but for some reason completely forgot that I shouldn’t start making it at 8pm at night. HA! I was so excited to have some quiet time that I put it on to boil and cool, mixed up the starter and then realised I’d have to be awake around 1am to check on it. I ended up with an alarm to wake me up at 2am to go move it to the fridge. It wasn’t as firm as I would have liked it to be, but there was no way I was getting up again. My littlest child just started sleeping through the night and here I am with 2am yoghurt alarms. RIDICULOUS!
