We drink it, but it’s from a super secret source since you’re not allowed to sell raw milk for human consumption here in Washington state. We love it. I put ours in a sun tea jar so that as I “pour” the milk, the cream stays on top to be turned into butter and/or whipped cream/sour cream.
from what i understand you can get it on a technicality by buying shares in a cow. if you’re the “owner” than you can take from your animal, but you cannot sell it.
though perhaps things have changed.
i drink soymilk almost exclusively anyways. though it might be a thought for making cheese… hhmmm
